These bandages have many uses and this offering by Walmart was a really good deal. I like them because one can tailor them to fit the need, like when there is a need to just apply pressure to a small area, hold a smaller wound dressing in place, etc., especially when an ace bandage would be too bulky or cumbersome. I have used them to hold things in place when trying to glue them together, for holding a plant to a stake, repair a broken stem on a plant, and more. They leave no adhesive residue which makes them great for holding wound dressings in place on delicate/sensitive skin, and for other things you will find them useful for.

No. The wrap tears easily by hand, so you can choose the length you need without scissors.
